With my approach, I help people identify unhealthy thoughts and behaviors, that may cause symptoms of anxiety, depression and interpersonal conflict using evidence based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)  and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). My goal is to provide you with tangible skills that will allow room for personal growth, increased confidence and achievement of goals.
